The gateway passes your requests through to third-party model providers. Each model you call is governed by **that provider's own terms**: their acceptable-use policy, their data handling, and their availability commitments. We do not modify, waive, or replace them.

Review the terms of the providers that serve a model before you send it sensitive data.

## Your contract with us
